Future plans of the
newly wed couple
Place:
Many of you can question us where you
guys going to live and settle since you both from the other end of
the world. True, not easy answer for us.
We know now that for next few years its
going to be Hong Kong as our home and work place. We want to
dedicate time to Doris family, to work in our church and to do some
mission around in Asia.
In longer horizon we would like to live
in some more quiet, less city-like place, where we can without
stress have children and house.
Family:
As indicated above, we plan to have
family and we both are very excited about it. But first we need to
learn bit more how to live together, follow God's purpose for our
lives and get settled.
We have funny conversation between us -
I want to have 4 our own kids, where Doris wants 1 and the others to
adopt. I hope we will meet somewhere in between.....
Parents:
We need to take care of our parents, of
Doris one as well mine in spiritual as well as material way. We take
this as our future responsibility as far as we can to make them
comfortable and satisfied!
Career:
Right now when we work in competitors
companies (I am at DHL, she is at FedEx) we both have quite good
prospect and future as we both hope and we are going to
explore all these opportunities. We were thinking
that the moment when we have child, Doris will stay at home or will
work part-time since children need maternal care firstly!
Development work/mission:
In very long term,
we want to leave the commercial world and work for development field
in some of the Asia or other less-developed country, taking care of
kids or less fortunate like we saw the example in Momo at
